Madara was a combat GOD so to speak..

THEN kishimoto introduces an alien (actual) goddess who has diety power.however since she's always had such power,she wasn't as skilled as madara who honed his own powers.she was used to simply getting results,never truly delving into her limits.

Plus naruto and sasuke didn't beat her.only sealed her.(...like Minato ala kyuubi.) Technically...I guess she is a bijuu.

Such ignorance. Kishimoto covered pretty much every major legend in the Japanese lore. The tale of Princess Kaguya is biggest classic and of course was going to be covered. Just like in the legend she's not from earth and was a goddess. Kishimoto was merely kidding about the Madara comment. This was planned all along, learn your myths.
