This is missing at least 2 characters IIRC. Thus it lacks the need for an Absolutely Everyone tag. Let alone Everyone.

Doesn't matter, the everyone tag doesn't signify complete coverage, it means significant coverage of main characters, two characters missing is a minute detail. absolutely_everyone signifies a ridiculous amount of characters irregardless of coverage, as shown here.
