Technically, breasts aren't really considered a part of nudity for some. The adult D and V are the only things that have to be completely offscreen at all times because they're the only true sexual parts of the body. Why else do you see R rated movies in theaters capable of showing boobs but they have to make an unrated version for everything else? Remember that movie where that power ranger girl was naked the entire time?
