Indeed, the artist is not Japanese. I remember flagging this but the admins don't care anymore being "fully japanese" image board.

@Footluver88 As I understand it, there's potential legal issues involved. I'm not 100% on the specifics, but distributing Japanese images is entirely legal due to their copyright laws while Western images could result in the site getting sued.

Make the nose a lot smaller and the pupils a bit larger and I'm pretty sure there would be no complaints.
