Just by looking at the tags you would notice that these are characters cosplaying as Bonnie & Serena.

I did get excited for a teenage Bonnie.

Besides, you may notice that "Serena" is sitting herself, so standing up she'll still be taller than "Bonnie". ;)

Actually Bonnie is in a lower position than Serana so if they both stood she would still be taller.
