Odd people out there I guess... She is well within acceptably healthy body fat percentage. At worst, she doesn't need as much clothing in the winter due to some minor built in, insulation. Also, she is clearly not unhealthy, any way you look at that image, she is either holding herself at an odd angle to flat ground or a steep hill. Cute face, reasonably fit and I see no cellulose. All in all, this is what I would accept as a "Plus size model" if you want to even use that term.
