Until all the details behind Sarada's parentage come to light, it'd probably be best to hold off on making any rash tagging. Tags can be edited, but it would be doing visitors a disservice to accidentally spread misinformation.

Seems a safe bet to hold off for the time being. Could still go the "Suigetsu dun fucked up" route, though they seem to be going more the "True mother is the one who raised you" aesop.
