Sometimes I really wonder what the writers are thinking in making Naruto and Sasuke neglectful fathers who keep trying to pull that "I have responsibilities" excuse when in fact that's not the point. I mean, jeez, any heterosexual male would be begging for forgiveness and worshiping at Hinata's feet if they saw her look like that.

I highly doubt Naruto is being negligent. I would imagine yjay being Hokage is similar to the presidency. His job takes up a great deal of his time. Even if he wants to be with his family.
