Sasuke didn't poked Sakura's forehead because at the time he held the lunchbox she prepared - that's why there is a panel with his smile, and where he holds the box in his only hand.

It's Sasuke afterall, and for him to show even that kind of emotions clearly means they mean a lot to him.
