If I'm not mistaken, this is a Soviet-era schoolgirl uniform: bashny.net/uploads/images/00/00/13/2013/10/11/4d8ab4125f.jpg It looks pretty much like a maid uniform. Russian schoolgirls still wear it today during the graduation ceremony, just with super short dresses.
