Think people hate Patreon for this reason alone. Rather they can see it later or until the artist is paid enough. Maybe try understanding people's anger and the reason behind it.

It can't be helped -- the dude needs money if you all want him to make more hentai art (perhaps even that of franchises other than Pokemon) full time -- being an artist isn't exactly going to make bank very easily.
