She's not bothered by them all watching her cuz she would kick all their asses anyway if they tried anything.
She's a badass in that game, but she's not the reason the game got such a high score. That would be because it's just fucking awesome to play.
Metal Gear games are the only ones to get better and better with each instalment imo.
