Can someone explain how Ocelot looks older than Big Boss in Phantom Pain? Also, why does Big Boss just accept his help without uttering a single word of protest? Ocelot was trying to kill him repeatedly not too long ago.

Also, can someone tell me why Hideous Kojimo thought it was a good idea for the game to spoil itself at the start of every mission by telling you who would be in it, therefore eliminating any shock or surprise?
