I've seen this dialectic at so many web pages:
1. person who looks totally feminine (such as has breasts, long hair, etc.)--except has a penis--is refereed to by a user as "her", "she", or "girl"
2. another users says the person is male: "he", "him", or "boy"
How do we know it is not a female person who had a very convincing phalloplasty? Ha! (In the science of the fictional world maybe they can make more convincing phalloplasties than the science of the non-fiction world can.)
