3d hentai games aren't that advanced yet to overcome 2d handmade animation. i mean, though NPR CG can look quite nice, it's still limited: polygonal models are quite poor, animation rather schematic and soft body physics can't show various body parts with various tension and softness properly, you can see tits bouncing too unnaturally, as for pussy stretching - that often happens even before penis is inserted.
