*spoilers*

If a genocide run can forever ruin your ability to have a good ending, why not have a second pacifist run ending like this, that would turn all the bad ending from hence forth "into just a bad dream" since you already achieved the best ending...

I always figured that Genocide run was just an edgy "what if?" story that doesn't take away from the true ending.

Sure you can talk to Asriel and he tells you Chara's a bit fucked up, but it really doesn't fit i the story so I chose to disregard it.

Hilariously, there's a theory that say that doing a Genocide run doesn't really, really ruin your pacifist run, and that selling your soul doesn't do anything. In the end, it's just Chara trolling you for x or y reason with a . Maybe because he knew that it would still taint your satisfaction of having the perfect ending or whatever.

The big argument is that Chara is only lv1, since, you know, pacifist run and all, and that he wouldn't step a chance in the post-pacifist world.

If it could be true, this could give another way to interprate Chara's character, and that's great.

Problem with that being that Chara planned out their death (poisoned themself) in an attempt to fuse with Asriel and murder humanity. Asriel resisting is the only reason Chara didn't succeed.
I don't get why so many people think of Chara as innocent. Maybe misled, but...their killing intent existed long before the player came along. We just gave them a new partner, since the first one didn't work out so well.
