That is clearly an MG4 Light machine gun. Not a sniper rifle, I'm sure no sniper exists in any game with a fire rate of 800rpm and a clip size of 200 rounds.

Yup that's a machine gun. She's a Chinese support class, you can tell by the turned up face mask.
