@TDucklair: If I may offer some advice. I suggest that if you're gonna use waifu2x and upload pics to the net that you go through the noise reduction options and compare them before settling; as this pic in particular only really needed the lowest option to look good and not the highest.
Another suggestion for anyone who reads this would be: if a pic doesn't have jpeg-artifacts, or is originally a png file, that it's best to see if it looks good without the noise.reduct first before saving the pic.
