Looks like a photoshop of an older ic featuring naruto and hinata. I could be wrong, though. Still, the giveaway is Himawari's not-so-blue eyes despite her not having her Byakugan active, plus the blushing is completly out of character for her but matches hinata's personnality better.

Besides, yes, that happens often. When needing to do just a variant of a work you've already done, photoshopping it will be much faster than redoing it from scratch.

I dislike Himawari because she looks too much like her mother while her brother looks too much like his father. It would have been much better if it had been the other way around.
