To be fair you can probably trace the hatred of Sasuke to a combination of standard fan hate and how he is characterized in the series. In canon he is usually cold, somewhat spiteful and rarely shows romantic interest throughout the majority of the manga. This in turn leads to the majority of his rule34 pics making him look smug, cruel or downright evil with attractive women still blindly fawning over him; half of the pics I've seen of him here look more like he's raping women who are just trying to please him...
