I reached what i believe was that part, and assuming I didnt miss anything, it only says "being taken to Kyouhukou's room, where her organs
were being constantly devoured from the inside". Yeah they broke her foot too. I was expecting a more detailed description after reading the comment of Anon2 ... i felt betrayed...

She is one of the leaders of a criminal syndicate Demiurge wanted to "recruit".
Having her insides devoured by a swarm of cocroaches for days and healed so she won't die was the recruitment. Applied later to the other leaders of the organization.
Let's say she can't eat or sleep well after that, and that she got easy compared to some mercenary adventurers that got inside the tomb...
