While it may have some somewhat decent fanservice, the plot and the characters (save a few) are utterly terrible.

i dont like loli'ish characters, so i never really liked the female lead in the anime, but all the other girls (espeically the teacher) are quite hot, shame they used a horrible and typical harem protagonist for this anime...it could be a 8/10 anime but is a 5/10 for many reasons.
