due to near identical hair and eye colors it's speculated that Lusamine and Lillie are related, and the relation also extending that one boy from team Skull.

UB-01 bears some resemblance to Lillie in terms of overall shape, with the seethrough head bit being her hat and the tentacles being the hair and whatnot, so it's speculated as well that UB-01 and Lillie are related in some fashion, or are one and the same somehow.
