I love Etna as much as the next guy but with how spoiled and bratty she behaves sometimes I am surprised she hasn't been punched in the gut sooner.
Not saying this morbidly, a punch like that will hurt her a lot but not severely injure her. She is much tougher than that lol

It was Houdini's appendix that ruptured. He didn't know he had appendicitis until he got sick from the punch rupturing it and then he refused immediate emergency surgery.
