Ok, so this seems like a pretty recent trend. The "ura-aka", as i understand it, are alternate accounts were you can "show your dirty side" or something along those lines. Lots of girls on twitter just take nude photos of themselves with #裏垢女子 (ura aka joshi). I don't know if Miria's age is part of the joke, because some of those girls seem to be under 18 and it's all a bit risque.
