This image doesn't really violate our Terms of Service, so I've unflagged it.

In general, guro is allowed. Extreme mutilation or distension are disallowed, but generally that requires either the actual act of mutilation to be depicted (in this case, a depiction of her limbs or eyes actually being removed) or internal organs spilling out. This is not the only quadruple amputee image on the site (in fact, there's a whole tag for them), nor is it the worst (we have quite a few that are very similar to this one, and a couple depicting someone who's been decapitated - which also isn't against the rules as long as the actual act of decapitation isn't shown).

On the other hand, insulting users of the site isn't allowed. That goes to both sides of the comment chain I had to clean up.
