Recessive gene issues generally don't manifest after one generation, especially if it's not a direct parent/child mating. And Japan is perfectly fine with first cousin incest.

Also PERHAPS SHE SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT THAT BEFORE SHE STARTED PARADING AROUND NAKED IN FRONT OF HIM AND LETTING HIM SUCK HER BOOBS.
