Translated. The rest of the Japanese text is just various obvious sound effects not worth cluttering the screen with translations for.
Also we don't have a 1:1 translation for the interjection "yahhoo!" in Japanese, which is what was actually said. It's usually used as like a "heya," like a very playful greeting, unlike "yahoo" in English, which is just an interjection of joy. I figured "yo" is probably the closest word considering the situation of Yamame flipping up the skirt to show Yuugi.
