I'm not sure about from Pizza hut but Japanese pizza can have things such as Shrimp, Squid, Octopus, Clam, Scallops, Crab Legs, Tuna, Mayonnaise, Shredded Green Onion, Sesame Seeds, Bamboo Shoots, Nori, sweet corn or potato. As far as sauces, I'm pretty sure the pie with tuna and mayo has no red sauce.

I'm also pretty sure I've seen pizza with Squid ink sauce, which is exactly what it sounds like.
