anon: That ain't tracing. The background's a real photo that's been through the shop so it looks more drawn.

Some may call it cheating, but it's a not a bad shop nonetheless. The edge of the shadows do look too solid though.

Personally I'd call it cutting corners or simply being lazy. Reason being: You can't fool other artists with this, so it's not cheating ;-P
