Technically 3 of them are various kinds of "gods" :The Good hunter, the Ashen one after becoming soul of cinder/usurping the flame, and the bearer of the curse who at the end of ds2 is the 'eternal unholowing monarch' and in general the bearer of an absurd amount of power and mantles.

One is something akin to Fate's Gilgamesh, aka 3/4 god, the Chosen undead. Who becomes quite mighty and inherits the mantle of the lightlord( sunlight for life graaaa!!) but just doesn't have the time to grow to it.

And one is sort of a demon/the 'devil', the Slayer.

Tl;dr none of them are mortal all of them are world cleansing monsters who you should run away from.
