Al was black when he was alive, but a while after he was killed and came back as the burned spawn we know him as today, he changed his form to be able meet Wanda and their daughter again without freaking them out. The form he managed to take was that of a white man, for some reason he was not able to become the black man he once was. He met them as a white white man, but he didnt tell them who he was. They show it somewhere in the first part of the comics and I would guess this picture is from that part of the comic.
For those of you that has only seen the movie who would like some more depth in the story I suggest that you read the comics, cause the movie doesnt show the comics much justice. There is a much bigger story to it than what can be placed into a one and a half hour movie and those of you who have read some of it should know what Im talking about.
