It's eyes are censored because "uncensored porn" is illegal in japan, so, this artist, I imagine, was being a brilliant smart-ass and "censored" the image.

Not sure if it's worth mentioning, but the text roughly says "Ochinchin kimochiiio~". I honestly can't tell if it's the tentacle jellyfish saying it, or if it's Len. EIther way it's something like:
