I know that due to the nature of the RPG mechanics, Tifa had to consistently do combat the way she did. But story wise, there’s really nothing stopping her from picking up a gun from some dude she just beating the ever loving crap out of with her fists and just start wasting fools and robots along the way with that. It almost seems insane that she’s been kicking and punching mostly throughout the entire game like it was The Raid or something even if she’s a skilled martial artist that can use magic.

she has magic too. just the AC was terrible in showing it and instead sacrificed it was stupid flying swords and clones for max appealing to the audience.
