Black Lagoon has such a great assortment of beautiful, tough and badass women in it. It’s a shame Hollywood can’t really churn women like this out without drawing attention to it and patting themselves on the back.
The work really should be able to speak for itself and blowing up a supposed feminist icon feels like such self-aggrandizing phoney hack bullshit.
