I'm guessing this is supposed to be Essi "Little Eye" Daven, a bard who is Dandelion's professional rival (whom he treats as the little sister he never had) and who had an unrequited love for Geralt. She appears in "A Little Sacrifice", a Witcher short story by Andrzej Sapkowski collected in Sword of Destiny.

Nope. Priscella is origionally from Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. A trobaritz whom beat Dandelion at a bard contest. They actually fall in love with one another, and helps Geralt with finding Dandelion ( Spoilers; whom went missing) Also at the end of the game, she was still alive.
