I think Kohaku's telling SHIKI that someone (else since Nanaya Shiki and Tohno Shiki are already in-game) named "Shiki" will be in Melty Blood Actress Again, but much to SHIKI's dismay, it turns out to be Ryougi Shiki. Too many characters named Shiki cause confusion.
