If your asking for the true definition of the word loli, it would translate as little girl. That word in itself does not mean the same thing as child nor does it give a age reference. You can say a young woman looks like a little girl but you can't say that a woman is a child. Remember my example of Tatsumaki? She is a loli. A little girl. Because she is 28 (my bad I looked it up) and looks 12.
