I’m pretty sure that’s one of Issei’s friends. Not really good, true friends or even decent characters as I recall. Pretty much just paper thin, shallow perverts and comic relief. I think they were just hopeless losers together and the moment their supposed friend was getting lucky with the ladies, they got jealous. They weren’t happy for him or supportive.

So this is probably very much within character for the guy. Not so much for Rias although who really cares about accuracy when portraying female characters in porn? Getting characters right is really more of a bonus than an actual necessity.
