No, no it isn't.
A. Bakura's hair isn't purple
B. I'm pretty sure that isn't his eye color there
C. That isn't the Millenium Ring. Take a closer look. It's just a small sphere thing.

And I don't recognize the girl. Maybe it's an original?

Then what do you call the triangle in the necklace or the things dangling off the ring? xD I have a zoom in on my computer, and that's the millennium ring looking at the details . :p Sorry to say, but Yami Bakura in the anime sometimes did have that shade of white for his hair. :p Eyes, hair and necklace fits. xD

HINT: Google's your friend when doing comparison shots, a good eye helps too as well as watching a whole lot of the anime. xD
