This is one of my favorite Sakura gifs on here. Of course the intense glare is the fetish! It's basically femdom. The kind that I like the most, and that doesn't need a whip or other tools (and is rather difficult to find, sadly). I think it's pretty obvious who'd be the dominant in a relationship with her (unless you happen to be Sasuke).
