Buttons are as follows:
Blue1: washes the read
Blue2: gentle version of Blue1
Red: wash the front (female only)
Yellow: hot air for drying (like we use for hands in the west)

Row 2:
Orange: stop

The remaining 3 buttons are unlabeled and we will never know for sure what the artist intended with them. Presumably there is a mode button and a + and -. The screen tells which mode it is and it can adjust pressure, possibly angle and so on. The sound feature could also be hidden in there (remember NOBODY should ever be allowed to hear a female pee in Japan)

Interestingly 流す (flush) doesn't seem to be possible on this toilet. It could have a manual flush somewhere, but if it is a cheap model like that, then what are the screen and buttons doing?
