If I remember correctly, this is from the game Oblivion; it's when the artist created a custom character face- forward, it looked great; from the side, not so much.

Err argonians are the reptile race annon, more lieky it would be a breton or an imperial there, but yeah, 90% of my oblivion chars are mod races lol, and if not, well i still have face mods that make the defaut races look a bit better at least, and after some tweaking better still, non the less i feel your pain man

Maybe you could try using HGEC H-Cup body mod and one of the many hair mods (Ren's Hair, Sulhwa Hair, Corean Hair) before saying, that there are unknown sexes in Oblivion?
But if you are/were playing Oblivion on Xbox then I'm sorry, you're right ;) Oblivion without mods sucks, I wonder what would happen if Bethesda wouldn't distribute Construction Set :P

i'm sure it is a small race, one of those mithza, the hair is quite possible, made by ren of course... eyes, you have more than 100 types to choose, this must be fairy eyes in red, now on face tweaking... you have to check front and side to see if you didn't mess up anything.. i in fact managed to make a pretty good looking loli character with this description, checked, front and side every few seconds... took me 1 minute to make, it just needed a nice face texture but that's what CS is for, i normally play as an orc tough, something about being green and meanie suits my style of playing just fine, i just wish skyrim is as good as oblivion, not a dissapointment like fallout NV
