Nawww, the bangs are wrong for it to be Tifa. However, I don't know if the tag is correct, it could be that chick, but who knows? I don't think the tag for the guy can be correct though, since you can't see him at all...

Also, there is no bondage here. At all. Maybe her hand is tied up, maybe, but that's out of picture, which means there is no bondage in this image.
