Sadly they never got past the prototype stage and were never mass produced. But hey at least they show up in the Hitman games. Also crazy that they were made by an airsoft company that at the time never made real guns, just toy guns and accessories for guns (both real and airsoft).

And at least you can buy airsoft versions.
