No, it really is HOLY milk. If you can make water holy, by extension, milk is also possible. (Effect is pretty much the EXACT same: does damage to undeads and demons, only I think holy milk seems a bit more effective than holy water)

Well if you've ever accidentally left a jug of milk in the car and found it the next day, you may find that stuff settles at the bottom and the rest of the liquid a yellowy clear brown color.
