In the games...Darkrai wins...In the anime Mew-two obviously wins...I mean hes so strong he can control time and space like Dialga and Palkia and create things like Arceus...( Movie 1 he did all of this like returning everything back to normal and getting them back to their time)...Oh right...he was created from Mew...the Pokemon that has all the DNA of all Pokemon.

Mewtwo also has a higher Base Speed, SpAt, SpDef, HP, and can learn Aura Sphere. With a Choice Specs equipped, Mewtwo can OTK Darkrai. Without a Choice Specs equipped, as long as Mewtwo does not fall asleep / has Lum Berry to prevent the sleep, he will knock out Darkrai with 2 Aura Spheres.

Betting on Mewtwo. Darkrai is a base 600 legendary. Mewtwo is base 680, which gives him the advantage in raw power. Another is the fact that Mewtwo has a base 154 special attack. It can easily outstrip Darkrai in speed to land an attack and when it does land it, it lands it HARD. That coupled with the fact that with a beneficial nature, Mewtwo can rip ANYTHING to shreds.
