what i see is akamaru and chouji hitting the snack bar, a drunken Ino, Kiba going a little too far at annoying Shikamaru, a dead Shino (probably killed for the same reason why kiba is going to be killed for), Hinata fainting over Naruto and dropping the cake on Sai, a drunk Kakashi trying to rape sakura but unable to because of Naruto, Gai singing, Kabuto singing drunkenly, Tenten plotting kabuto's death, and Lee crying for some od reason while Neji(?) is wondering why he is here.

Uh, hey, anon above me? Good, real good...But Kabuto is the dude with glasses and white hair. The dude singing with Gai is probably Yamato. And I don't think Hinata is fainting. Who smiles as they faint? She's probably just laughing at Akamaru's expression lol. Lastly, I don't think Shino is dead, so much as dead DRUNK. Classic drunken blush (or whatever the f it's called lol) right there in him. The fork is likely in his hood rather than his head, hence the lack of blood lol.
