well. This argument isn't that stupid since the whole "pedophilia is bad"-thing is for the sake of the children and their mental development.
If this development is already completed she's mentally adult.
So there's no point in saying something like you are misleading or abuseing her.

That and Mihoshi is supposed to be stupid to really know what is going on.
She merely mimics the movement of the other characters to pretend that she understands.
Nevermind this comic; it is canon; she behaves that way constantly in the anime.
It is even more noticeable in the Japanese version and drama CDs.
Not that she isn't an obvious dumb blond in the dub as well, but her obliviousness to sexual matters and the fact that Sasami is a loli is not as noticeable in the dub.

@Anon4: I guess it depends on the situation. If you had a 25 year old woman who looked underage in real life, then yeah, you wouldn't be taking advantage of her or anything. If you're physically attracted to someone with the body of a little girl, though, then...you're attracted to the body of a little girl, which is where the logic of "she's actually 875,564,532 years old" falls apart. Unless you're attracted to the character for their mind/personality, but I guess some people would think that was kind of sad in its own way.
All of that's probably moot anyway; Sasami is over 700 years old, but much of that time was spent in stasis. She's a little girl physically and mentally.
...And that's probably even mooter because, as I remember it, the gag behind this comic is that Sasami and Tenchi were just sitting on his bed trading Pokemon or something.
