Heya! This character actually ISN'T the Hex Maniac from Pokémon XY/ORAS, but rather a character from an unreleased 3D bullet hell game inspired by Touhou called "『炎姫 -Homura Hime-』".
Unfortunately as far as I'm aware the character doesn't even have an official name and the trailer's only had 20k views so it's understandable that people wouldn't know
